I am a new seller with a common problem, my account was suspended right after the registration. I tried to reinstate it, but haven’t succeeded. It’s OK, actually. I want to close (delete) my account and try to register a new one with the different e-mail, but with the same documents (I corrected all issues that cause a suspension). I just want to clarify is the suspended account means that it is already closed? I can still log in to it.
I had a conversation with support and they said it’s already closed. And I don’t need the formal termination of it. And that I do can use my actual documents and the same computer and IP for opening a new seller account, but with the new email. I’m having some doubts about it. And I’m really afraid to be banned for multi-accounting.
Any recommendations or information?
