Suspended Account, Can't appeal

Hello, have a problem since 3+ months with AMAZON.

My account was suspended for selling "illegal products"
They are holding 224$ from my product that have been sold and shipped already (3 months ago …)

They are stating that I have to Appeal my suspension. And I did a first appeal.
It was refused. They are asking to put more details. PROBLEM IS: I can’t edit my appeal at all.
The website doesn’t let me edit my appeal. I don’t know if it is a website problem what…

Here is the issue

When I click “View appeal” (I want to add more content to my first appeal, per their request but it doesn’t work…)
It redirect me to “We’ve received your submission We will review your submission and you should expect a reply within the next 24 hours.”

So clicking " View appeal", automatically sends back my old appeal, without letting me EDIT IT AND ADD MORE CONTENT…

I have contacted amazon twice about this issues (WITH DETAILED PICTURES SHOWING HOW IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO MODIFY MY APPEAL FOR SOME REASONS)

They do not answer. They close the ticket and mark it " answered". But they do not answer me …???

SO,
Basically, there is no way for me to modify my appeal.
They close every tickets to shut me up.
What I understand is that they would rather me to not appeal my suspension so they can keep my cash lol.

What are my options??
This is pure BS.
I also can’t call amazon because they don’t have french speakers. (It is against the Canadian LAW… I should be able to be answered in french…)

I would love to answer their request and modify my appeal. But I cant.

I do agree with you that by Canadian law you should have access to a French speaking person. We sell our olive in oil Canada and have to have the labels in both French and English. I know there are strict language laws in Canada.

I’m sorry about your suspension however maybe give more information on why you were suspended in the first place. Are your products illegal? What are your products, is it some kind of a food supplement, toys, firearms?

I realize you question is just the mechanics but maybe if you post more we can see why you seem completely locked out unable to appeal at all. Were you selling counterfeit goods? Were you selling a brand that has been restricted?

Of course I can give more details. I have been selling "Silicone Cup container with carving tool kit"
Amazon said it was illegal because it is considered as “Dab kit, wax kit”

Many other sellers are selling those “kit”

What are they? Why are they illegal?

What is that for, I completely don’t get it.
I see your little cups in the shape of a skull, the cups are made of silicone but so are a lot of baking sheets for cooking made of silicone. The idea of your cup is you put sticky stuff in there and it does not stick to the silicone. I have no idea why that is a problem.

Not at all.

When they take yours down and not others you can do a few things.

Compile a list of all the ASINS of others not being taken down and have your attorney send a letter to their legal department informing them of the other offenders. Make sure the letter is sent via the mail and signature confirmation to their registered agent.

It won’t get you back on however it should get your competitors taken down too.

Additionally, DO NOT disclose any specific details regarding this situation in a public forum

An other thing. I’ve had my rosin press listing get removed on AMAZON.CA but not on AMAZON.COM

(both items were the same…) Kinda weird that it gets remove on .CA but not .COM …

I have never heard of anyone editing an existing appeal. They usually submit a new one.

I would remove the word ‘dab’ from your title and anywhere else that you may have used it before submitting a new appeal. This is obviously triggering a bot to take down the listing.

The appeal button doesn’t work.
They say " reply to this message" but there is no reply button on the amazon platform…

I want to be clear here. My original post was not to complain about my suspension. I have received warnings and didn’t listen to it. (mostly because other sellers was selling the exact same thing AND with amazon prime…)

If there is no appeal button or link then you can send the appeal to sellerperformance@amazon.com or whichever amazon you are appealing to. ie: .ca, .mx, .co.uk, .fr, .de, etc. Just be certain it is from the same email address as the account is registered with.

The worst is sellers who had no warning at all and their entire ability to sell on Amazon was removed.

The oil extractor can also be used to extract oil from weed. One of the reviews even mentions this.
