I’m reaching out today in absolute desperation. There is a serious issue with my Amazon account, and I feel completely helpless. Every day that passes without a resolution is not just damaging my business — it’s affecting me mentally, emotionally, and financially. I log into my account constantly, hoping for some movement or update — but there’s nothing. Silence. And the worst part? I don’t even know what else I can do at this point.
I once believed Amazon could offer a future full of promise — a platform where entrepreneurs like myself could grow, thrive, and build something meaningful. But right now, I feel abandoned. There’s no way to speak with someone who genuinely cares about what I’m going through. It feels like I’m just another case number, lost in a system run by automated messages and impersonal replies. I’m not just a seller — I’m a real person, with a real business, real employees, and real consequences at stake.
I now have nearly 2,000 units stuck in FBA. Amazon’s system — not a human — keeps prompting me to "fix my Stranded Inventory," yet my account remains deactivated, with no approval or path forward in sight. How am I supposed to fix inventory issues if my account isn't even active? This makes no sense. I am trapped in a loop that I can’t escape, and it’s having a devastating impact.
This situation is more than just an inconvenience — it's hurting my team. We've had to downsize, cut employee hours, and reduce pay. These are real people who depend on this business. We’ve invested everything into this — our time, money, and energy — and now we’re left in the dark, with no support from a platform we trusted.
I am mentally drained, disheartened, and feeling completely vulnerable. It’s crushing to realize how exposed we are to decisions made by people we can’t even speak to — possibly in another country, with no understanding of what we’re going through.
All I’m asking for is clarity. Why can’t my account be reactivated? Why am I being treated differently when I have another company selling the exact same product on Amazon — right now — with no issues? My competitors are selling the same item too. Why am I being singled out? I haven’t pursued legal action yet, but this is becoming unsustainable. I need to talk to someone with real authority who can actually help me — not another support rep giving me the same script I’ve heard for 30-45 days straight.
Please, I’m begging someone to step in and help. I need answers. I need support. I need Amazon to be the partner I believed it was. Right now, I feel forgotten, and it’s taking a serious toll.
