Here is the latest message I received from a customer who called Customer support for help(or whatever you want to call it?)
+Details: customer want to return this order because it wasn’t ship in to the right address . Please research the issue and contact the customer.and send her a label so she can ship this back to you and get her refund+
How am I supposed to respond to this? If the item was supposedly sent to the wrong address, how did they receive the item? Thank you for telling me to send her a label so she can ship this back to you and get her refund…
SMH again and again. What are people doing when this happens? I have recently received 2 AtoZ claims that customer support so graciously opened for the customer instead of just forwarding whatever their issue was. It is really making it hard to help a customer when they sabotage us like this.
