What is Amazon Global Logistics?

Amazon Global Logistics is a door-to-door ocean freight transportation program. It’s part of a fully automated set of services we call Supply Chain by Amazon. With Amazon Global Logistics, you can ship inventory directly from China to Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) with reduced landed costs and competitive rates.

Hi, Please note that we replensihed inventory from AWD to FBA and these shipment IDs have discrepancy in them. We dont have proof of delivery to provide because they were sent from Amazon warehouse and distribution centre to Amazon FC. Can you please open cases for these shipment IDs and provide us reimbursements for the units lost here.

losing featuerd offer every week

I'm an FBA seller and Brand owner but losing featured offers once a week or once every 2 weeks. when this happens my sales drop 99% almost no sales I think they can only buy with ppc.

39 days past since delivered, (AWD said need 10-14 days)

case opened on 1th,12 days past no one help only ask us to wait.

Hi all. I have approved and published A+ content. I've applied it to my ASINs in the A+ content manager. However, when I look up my listing, the A+ content isn't visible. Am I doing something wrong here? Has anyone dealt with this issue before?

AWD Shipment to IUSP Not Received

I'm seeking assistance with an ongoing issue regarding an AWD shipment. The shipment was delivered on October 4th, but Amazon has not yet confirmed its receipt.

This AWD shipment was sent as part of ISA. However, Amazon claims the shipment wasn't part of the ISA, which contradicts our documentation.

We've provided a Proof of Delivery (POD):

1. Our POD shows an Amazon Freight pickup.

2. The Bill of Lading (BOL) on the POD's second page is Amazon-confirmed.

3. The BOL clearly indicates: STAR-UXEEEE32XX4S4 is part of ISA-11652681296

Can anyone help resolve this situation?

AWD has not signed for receipt since October 4th, and there is no solution. Both AGL and case said that they are under investigation, Black Friday and Cyber Monday are coming, what should we do? Packing list, pod and other certificates have also been submitted, with no effect

I have an AWD shipment note, which shows that it was delivered on 10/04. Now it's 11/12. This was delivered before the 10/4 deadline and I need the equipment! I contacted CS, but I got nowhere. I have contacted AGL - they are "investigating" whether the shipment was shipped using Amazon.

In the investigation of the Amazon case and AWD staff, they have been asking me to wait. The product has been out of stock for a month now, and I am afraid that there will be no product sales on the Black Five network, which is a great risk of lagging sales. What should I do? Please help, thank you.

I have a terrible "no longer needed" situation. Customer sent it back, but sent it via UPS (got to love those prepaid automated shipping labels). The problem--> it's my PO Box. UPS wouldn't deliver and sent it back to the customer. Is there any way to get my money back for this item? The package didn't arrive back to me. Why is it even possible to create a UPS label addressed to a PO Box if it will never be delivered? Somebody please help me or illuminate my path on this one. Thank you!
