SP-API UpdateInboundShipment QTY Difference > 5%

We are a large company with several warehouses and we are integrating the SP-API into our systems. We will be sending to Amazon FBA for several sellers. Some parcel and some very large orders via LTL/FTL. How do we handle when we have a 5% difference in inventory available (will not know until after we pick). Items can be damaged or inventory can just be off and we not know this until after we pick and go to verify. A Plan and Order has been created. Creating a new plan could cause Amazon to send items to different warehouses from the original plan and this cannot happen. We need to know how to handle this exception process.

The best way is probably to account for that 5% and have a conservative amount to under represent your inventory levels and adjust them after the fact.
