I submitted a SP API restricted access request over two weeks ago with no response from Amazon. I’ve tried replying to the case to get some sort of status update, but have yet to hear anything. There are very few support options for developers attempting to integrate with Amazon so I’m resorting to the forums. We’ve developed all the code against the API documentation and have the whole thing working against the documented interface with mock API responses, but we need to complete the final integration tests with the actual API.
Is there a normal wait period I should expect for one of these restricted access requests? I just don’t know if anyone is even working on the case especially since no one responds to any additional notes I add to the case.
