SP API programme - Registration Issue



We are UK sellers. We successfully registered in November on the .COM platform. Upon acceptance, we immediately applied to the SP API programme on a professional selling account. We got accepted within a few hours. Unfortunately, every time we click on the ‘view your profile’ on the website and acceptance email, it takes us back to the registration page.

We have opened numerous case logs (pending Amazon action for months) and have had phone calls. No one can seem to help us.

Has anyone kindly got any advice?

We have a similar problem but haven’t been able to figure out who/how to even contact Amazon for help with this. I’m sorry I can’t shed light on your problem but could you tell me how you managed to open case logs for it and what number you called please?
