I am completely stuck with Amazon's Seller Identity Verification process, and the system is broken. Here’s what I’ve faced:
Broken Identity Verification Link:
When I click the "Identity Verification" link, it redirects me to the Get Help page, where getting help is impossible.
On the Get Help page:
Selecting "Submit an appeal or additional information to reactivate my account" takes me to the Account Health Page, which has nothing to do with my issue.
Selecting "Get help with my appeal from Account Health Support" sends me an automated response saying, "This email address is not the correct channel to submit an appeal."
No Progress After Submitting Information:
I submitted the required information in the Account Health section 3 months ago.
Funds Held for 2 Months:
Amazon has held my funds for 2 months, and I have no idea how to get them back if I can’t even complete the verification process.
This is unacceptable. Sellers deserve better support and a functional system. Amazon, please fix this broken process and resolve my issue immediately!
