Sign up for Amazon developer, use limited roles
I want to know how much information I need to fill in to pass when I use the limited role. Every time I refuse my application, the feedback to me is just refusal, and there is no specific reason. I’m going crazy:rage:

Amazon expects you to know the rules in great detail and to have your computing environment already adjusted to meet the rules before you apply. It seems you have not done this to the extent necessary.
Step 1: Study these documents like you would study for a college exam:

Step 2:
Adjust your computing environment and company policies to meet the rules (General Security requirements not additional security requirements for limited use roles)
Step 3:
If you need help, you are allowed to hire someone to help you meet the requirements (per developer FAQ #8)
