Shipping totally not working

Bunch of orders and cannot ship. It won’t even let me access the customer information from the order to ship on another service. Hope this doesn’t last long.

They are having problems with their Order API, and Amazon Buy Shipping seems to be affected as well.

Shipping completely out on my end as well. Have all of my orders packed for the day, but cant get them out due to shipping.

Going to hold off until this afternoon before going to alternative shipping label options, in hopes i can pull shipping from the amazon balance, rather than the business bank account.

Yes the same on the East Coast. Lots of red alerts giving various messages - no labels can be produced.

Same issue here on our end, it is not sync’ing with any of our API’s either.
