Dear Amazon Seller Support,
I am writing to report a critical issue with my seller account transition from an individual account to a business account. Despite submitting all necessary business documentation and successfully verifying my company details, my account remains in an inconsistent state, preventing me from conducting business properly.
Here is a summary of the issue:
In the Business Information section, my personal name and address are still displayed instead of my LLC’s details.
When I attempt to edit this section, my registered business address does not appear as an option.
When I try to add a new address, the country field is locked as Turkey, and I cannot change it to the United States.
In the Legal Entity section, my Business Registration Address correctly reflects my LLC’s address, but my Legal Business Name still shows my personal name instead of my company name.
As a result, my account is currently in a state of inconsistency where some information reflects my personal details while others show my business details. This issue is preventing me from managing my business in compliance with Amazon’s policies.
I have already contacted Seller Support multiple times and provided screenshots illustrating the problem. However, I keep receiving automated responses that do not address the issue. As a new seller, I am committed to following all Amazon policies and conducting my business professionally, but this system-related issue is blocking my progress.
I kindly request your urgent assistance in fully transitioning my account to a business account with my LLC’s correct details. Below, I have included previous case IDs for reference.
