Shipment wrongly changed to Receiving


Happened to me multiple times in the past few months.

A shipment that I have not even shipped out will be marked as Receiving, with a few units “received”.

Each time I have to notify Seller Support, and they will say the fulfillment center made a mistake, and change the shipment status back to Working.

I don’t get how this happens. How does the fulfillment center magically “receive” these few units, when I have not even shipped anything.

Has anyone experienced anything similar?
