Seller Identity Verification
Hi everyone, Amazon keeps prompting the following:
– Update your personal name on Seller Central to match your documents.
– Provide a new document(s) matching the personal name entered in Seller Central.
Tried heading to account info page to search on the personal name used (this is a business account) to create the account but unable to find any page or section showcasing that.
Any one knows where should i navigate to to find the required information.

Go to settings on your Seller Central (right top) and you will see a drop down menu, it should be under account info.
