Script errors with mws

Anyone else getting script errors when trying to load mws credentials in any of the downloadable inventory files Amazon provides. The mws team has repeatedly asked the same questions without any help we have seen this issue in the past few years when we buy a new computer it’s hit or miss that mws creds will work!!
So far no real help MWS team !!!
