Our product has been taken down. See email below. I’m very confused on this as we buy direct from manufacturer in China, have been selling this product for years, and have a great relationship with the factory.

Answers are very vague and not helpful from Amazon.
This is a false claim.

Questions are:

1. How do I find out who is saying they are the rights owner?
2. Does anyone know where I look up the infringement type or complaint ID Amazon provided?

3. Amazon wants Proof of Authenticity (invoice, Order ID, licensing agreement, letter of authorization) They want this from our factory in China?
4. Do i need to use our patent lawyer for this?
