Amzon customer service is shocking

The customer purchased the item without reading the description and mistakenly believed it included a bike. I provided images from the listing that clearly states in multiple places it is a sticker kit. and not a $5000 bike! As this is a custom-made item, we do not accept returns. The customer then accused me of being a scammer and has now left a 1-star review, falsely claiming that I was harassing them!!

Contacted customer service , was advised to report the feedback, i explained that the AI is just looking for keywords and is useless, as expected the ai refused to remove the feedback, appealed the decision to be told that's the customer opinion and they wont remove it.

So apparently customers can just make false accusations that are damaging to myself and my business and they just don't care. Anyone with a brain can just read the messages between myself and the customer to see this is clearly false, its beyond a joke now amazon

Between the shocking customer service and amazon AI messing about with listings all time , I'm about to pull the plug on it

I have been trying to contact Amazon on giving refund on return label generated as it was never used.

Due to address issue, item was never received by customer and I got it back by shipping agency fedex. Amazon generated a refund label which was never used. I have been talking to associates and even email as well but no one is replying on this issue

I had created an LLC in taxes and then created an Amazon account, but the Amazon account could not be approved due to the document. After that, I applied for my father's Amazon account, and his account was approved, but can I attach my LLC decoments or addresss and EIN to my father's Amazon account?

I am facing a significant issue with my Amazon Seller account and would appreciate any advice or insights from the community.

Problem Overview:

My account is currently under limited access due to an unresolved identity verification issue.

I’ve successfully completed the verification process, but my account still shows limited access.

Although my listings are active in the backend of Seller Central, they are not buyable on the front-end.

My inventory is already in Amazon’s warehouse, including Prime-eligible products, but I’m unable to sell them.

Detailed Situation:

I have followed all instructions from Amazon to complete the identity verification process, submitted the required documents (government-issued ID and proof of address), and my verification was marked as completed by Amazon.

However, despite this, my account remains under limited access, and my listings are not visible for purchase by customers.

The product listings are marked as active in the backend, but they appear as unavailable to customers.

Potential Causes:

I suspect this could be related to internal system errors, possibly tied to specific errors such as:

“Technical Error: Listing Not Buyable”

“Inventory Discrepancy (FC Processing)”

“Account on Hold – Limited Access”

Impact: This is severely affecting my business, and I am losing sales every day. I have Prime-eligible inventory sitting in Amazon's warehouse, but the listings are not active for purchase by customers. The issue persists despite following all troubleshooting steps suggested by Amazon’s support team.

I’m urgently seeking assistance with an unresolved account deactivation due to an inauthentic product claim. Despite submitting all requested documentation (supply chain invoices, business registration, ID, bank statements, and video verification), my appeals have been repeatedly denied, and funds/FBA inventory remain withheld.

ACTIONS TAKEN:

1. Completed the video verification

REQUESTS:

- Manual review of my documentation by the Seller Performance Escalation team.

- Immediate reinstatement of my account.

- Confirmation of funds/FBA inventory release.

featured offer not eligible on any of my products

Hello everyone, i am a new seller and really struggling as i have listed 100+ products and in most of my products i have matched the featured offer price and in some cases the price are even lower than featured offer but on all of my products it says "Featured offer eligible = NO". not even a single products i am eligible this sounds strange. its been 2 months now i have hardly made any sales. as i never get any orders. anyone please help. We sold an item with the condition and description listed as follows:

"Condition note: Open-Box: Cosmetic wear, Scratches on main speaker. Professionally inspected, fully operational. MAIN SPEAKER ONLY, SUBWOOFER WAS DAMAGED & REMOVED"

Buyer then left the following feedback:

1 star: The subwoofer is completely missing from the box. It appears to be missing some cables that should have come included in the box as well

We provided screenshots to Amazon. We sent them screenshots of the listing, screenshots of the messages we sent the buyer and its just pretty straight forward.

I attached the screenshots to this as well.

Amazon continues to send the same copy and paste ai generated response saying they can't remove it.

This is just so ridiculous. Everyday I dread checking this website because everyday is a new issue thats pretty clearly black and white but becomes this whole back and forth ordeal with Amazon.

Please, someone with a working brain, look into this.

Item Weight Variation Theme Replacement

Our original products (spices) were listed under the Item Weight variation theme. That has since been deprecated. We tried using the size variation theme for our new products (spices), but the primary product listing now says that they need the unit count and unit type for the parent listing. However, this would be different for each individual variation as they have different weights and dimensions.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? How did you fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
