Customer requested a return, selected reason: Return Reason: Performance or quality not adequate

In the note to the seller (me) stated: Doesnt fit my application, i need the 3/4 inch kit

The kits are non vehicle specific and are more of a universal fit item. The return reason requires I pay for return shipping, but the buyer note basically states it was their fault for ordering the wrong size.

Who pays for return shipping here? Item is large and heavy, return shipping is likely to be $50-60.

You can completely ignore the buyer’s incorrect return reason.

Accept the return with a pre-paid label but inspect the item once it arrives back and if you determine that the return reason was wrong, feel free to withold an appropriate restocking fee and the shipping cost both ways out of the refund.
