Return Requested. Item not received


A customer purchased an item 77 days ago. 51 days ago they requested a return and I approved it. I have not received the item, so a refund has not been issued. But, the return request is still sitting there within Amazon. Do I need to do anything at this point or just ignore it. I wondered if there was a to delete or hide it, but I cannot find anything.


Ignore it.

It can’t be deleted.
