Restricted products policy violations

by Seller_elgRuG2EE7Vir

When Amazon altered the Account Health page, they began listing products that have been recently recalled or been found to have restricted ingredients. Before this, they let us know, closed the listing, and told us not to ship any that were in our inventory. It never appears as if they counted it against us on our metrics. Now I am not so sure. Does anyone know this answer? We sell a lot of grocery and health and beauty products, so new restrictions and recalls are common. If we should be doing something else in response to these notifications, we need to know.

They always counted issues like this against you. Actually, sellers are getting suspended every day over restricted products policy violations.

The new Account Health page will simply help you track them and prevent a suspension.
