i have had this account for a couple of months. called customer service before they shut the phone lines down and had to get a refund for my 39.99 every month. since they have stopped taking calls they have continued to charge after i have asked them to stop so i am out about a 100 dollars and still being charged. help please?
You posted on Amazon Pay thread/category. It sounds like you are taking about a pro-seller Amazon account. If you do not want to be charged $39.99/m then you must downgrade to an individual seller.
I am surprised seller support did this for you more than once. I would not expect it in the future.
