However, according to the tracking information, the item has been successfully delivered on 10/17/24 to the buyer’s address as provided at checkout.

The buyer had raised a concern regarding their order, and we have already issued a full refund to resolve the issue.The buyer had an issue, but we’ve fully resolved it to their satisfaction. We also reached out to the buyer and offered our best support.
This feedback appears to be inaccurate and does not reflect my service as a seller. As per Amazon’s feedback guidelines, if the feedback is based on delivery issues that are not within the seller’s control or proven to be incorrect, it may be subject to removal.
Since the delivery has been confirmed, I kindly request that this feedback be reviewed and removed accordingly.
