I would like to file a complaint against the Children’s Compliance Team member, Uma Mahesh K. My product is clearly intended for adults, specifically elderly women, yet it was wrongly flagged as children’s jewelry. Despite submitting multiple requests for review, Uma Mahesh K did not address the issue or investigate it properly, instead replying with identical template responses every time.

This approach has not helped me as a seller in need, and it feels as though the issues are being ignored rather than resolved. I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure that my concerns are addressed fairly and accurately.

We have launched an under-desk treadmill that doesn't require a battery to be powered. However, the wireless remote control does have a button cell battery. Prio to launching I have submited a battery-exemption sheet, which I got confirmation from SS that no other action is needed on my end.

Then, after the launch and we enrolled our product to Vine, our listing got suspended due to consumer compliance.

I submitted multiple photos, a test report, and GCC to support our claim that our under-desk treadmill is compliant.

Even then, our listing remained inactive and now we think that the 60 units we enrolled in Vine, we'll no longer be able to get their reviews.

I've opened the following case IDs, and until now, one of the two ASINs remains under review.

I submitted a brand application then cancelled it because I wanted to change one of the original files I sent in. After cancelling it, it still shows that it is pending review. I need someone from Amazon brand support to manually cancel/accept my cancellation so that I can reapply for the same brand name. It has been almost a month; I've contacted support several times and they tell me to wait until it is no longer pending review. I'm not sure why it is pending review when I cancelled the application myself. Can someone please help me with this? I have products ready to send out and this is delaying the process significantly.

This case shows as closed/answered and it says it cannot be reopened. I was not given any indication that cancelling an application would still need to be reviewed. I thought I could just cancel it myself and reapply immediately.

I want to share my frustration because my Amazon account was deactivated over two months ago. I’ve submitted all the required information multiple times, but it gets rejected without even being reviewed. Every time I call, I don’t get any clear answers, just automated messages or generic responses.

I invested all my money into this business, and now I’m bankrupt. I even took out loans to keep my operations going, and now I’m stuck without access to my funds or my account.

Amazon hasn’t just affected my business; it’s ruining my life. Has anyone gone through a similar situation? What can I do? Any advice or contacts would be invaluable at this desperate moment.

This ASIN "B081JCHSC4" has a wrong brand name and it is wrong. It's meant to be "Lifesavers" not "Holiday candy Gifts". This has made it impossible to sell even with a direct supply from an authorized dist. because amazon recognizes the brand as a seller's generic listing. I have seen some situations where sellers run into issues of authenticating their products even with LOA because the wrong brand was listed as of the time they sold their inventory. Can this be updated to reflect the rright brand "Lifesavers"?

Good evening, this is a point of confusion, and frustration, which is the ridiculous cost of inbound UPS auto generated labels... We ship fabric out, and typically a label cost around 15-20$ for 2 day shipping via Fedex, or even sometimes UPS...

BUT, the inbound labels auto generated by Amazon via UPS, are usually ALWAYS $40 each, and it takes up to a week or more to get the package back.. WHY???? what is the deal with this insane cost compared to shipping outbound for 2nd day at HALF THE COST... this is absurd and amazon is profiting off return label pricing as i have spoken to our UPS rep (we ship thousands of packages a month via UPS) and he stated this is an AMAZON problem and agrees the labels are over priced and marked up.

THE COST OF THIS ITEM WAS 32$ TOTAL.. WE PAID 16$ TO SHIP IT OUT AND $40 TO BRING IT BACK.. THUS WE ARE OUT $56 on a pointless return with a bogus return reason..... this is THEFT

Even we have a return on a 6oz package of sample swatches, which ships for $5 or less via USPS, the return label is $20!!!!!!

I want an explanation, as this is simply theft and UPS agrees.

what gives?
