Products removed because of "misclassification!"

Good afternoon,

This morning 10 of my products were removed from Amazon and were classifed as “restricted ASINs.”

When I called, I was told they are restricted because they are being classified as “fetal dopplers.” These products have nothing to do with fetal dopplers.

The Seller Support associate said they would forward my concerns to the “internal team.”

Any idea how long this will take to get resolved? What can I do to speed things up? Just wait and continue to email seller support? Any way to escalate?

Yes, you would need to hold on and wait for their reply, however just create the urgency, you could drop them an email on that case on a daily basis, so your case is queued on top of other cases open with Amazon regularly.

I am waiting since 3 days, my listing detail page removed as it was listed in wrong category.
