Products inactive due to pesticide test glitch

My pesticide products have been inactive ever since the pesticide test didn’t register my score. I retook the test and passed but they have not been able to release my products to an active state. This has been going on for almost two weeks. I keep getting the same message when I call from Support “we are so sorry . . . .” Regardless my products are inactive because of an error on the Amazon side and I’m getting nowhere. Any suggestions on escalating an issue? HELP!

You have likely seen this already, Pesticides and Pesticide Devices , but in addition to passing the test, have you Requested Approval, through the listings?
