My pesticide products have been inactive ever since the pesticide test didn’t register my score. I retook the test and passed but they have not been able to release my products to an active state. This has been going on for almost two weeks. I keep getting the same message when I call from Support “we are so sorry . . . .” Regardless my products are inactive because of an error on the Amazon side and I’m getting nowhere. Any suggestions on escalating an issue? HELP!
