Our product ASIN suddenly couldn't be searched for all keywords last week. Our listing is a best-selling product that ranked in the top three keywords before 10.25, but now we can't find it anymore. We can only find our listing through advertisements

I need to address a major issue that’s affecting my business, and I know many of you have probably experienced the same. Last year, we had a top-selling product that performed extremely well on Amazon. However, just 10 days ago, a Chinese seller launched a brand-new listing that is an exact copy of our product. What’s even more frustrating is that this listing, which has no reviews, has already been ranked #1 for all major keywords related to the product.

We all know how competitive the Amazon marketplace is, but it seems that Amazon is actively pushing Chinese sellers ahead, sometimes at the expense of everyone else. This has made it extremely difficult for legitimate sellers who invest time, effort, and resources into their products to maintain their rankings and business.

It’s incredibly frustrating to see a brand-new, unproven listing overtaking a well-established product that has proven its quality and value to customers. I’m concerned that this is part of a larger trend where Chinese sellers are being given unfair advantages in the marketplace.

Has anyone else experienced similar situations where new listings, especially from overseas, are ranked disproportionately high without the organic build-up we all go through? I’d love to hear your thoughts and any advice on how to handle this.

I’m experiencing a major issue with my Sponsored Product Ads, and I’m hoping someone here can help or expedite a resolution.

A couple of days ago, my campaigns were performing well with good impressions, clicks, and sales. However, since then, everything has completely stopped. I’m not getting any Sponsored Product impressions, clicks, or even a single ad position.

I reached out to support yesterday, and they mentioned that it usually takes 72 hours for the Campaign Manager to update due to lag. However, even after 72 hours, there’s still no improvement.

Some support agents suggested that my low bids could be the reason why I’m not getting impressions or clicks, but this sudden drop doesn’t make sense to me. Just two days ago, my campaigns were running smoothly, and now none of my ads are showing—not even in a single spot!

They also mentioned increased competition, but can competition rise this drastically in just 2 days across all 500+ SKUs spanning 20 different categories? I’ve been a top seller, consistently ranked #2 or #3 for most of my products, and I find it hard to believe that every category I’m in suddenly has such intense competition that I’m not winning any placements.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue with their campaigns suddenly stopping like this? Could this be a technical glitch, or is there something else going on that I’m not seeing?

Amazon Support, I would really appreciate if you could look into this further and help expedite a resolution. This is significantly impacting my sales, and I need this issue resolved urgently.
