Product size tier

by Seller_mSQuGF6jBzgYs

I have an item that measures 1" x 2" x 3" that weights 3 oz. In my mind it should be considered small standard size 10 oz or less in the product tier, but am being charged for large standard size 10 oz or less. But in reading the Maximum weights and dimensions for packaged items, for small standard size the shortest side is 0.75" so it may the reason it is being charged as large standard size. Would someone kindly let me know if this is the case?

What does Amazon say your products size/weight is? You may need to request a cubiscan.

You will not get small-standard as you are over the limits.
