Sorry for jumping on your thread, but I can’t find any Terms of Service or any information about the obligatory if sellers do need to have the Product Liability Insurance, except the email we all received. Can anyone point out where I can find information on it?

Hi again, any AU sellers who sell in US, how much are you paying for your Insurance cover? And from which broker/insurer? My broker got a quote but it’s high in my opinion plus their broker fee of over 26% of the premium that I have to pay every year for them literally doing nothing. Also, considering my products are of low risks.
