Post office workers in Canada have been repeatedly marching and striking, with no one going to work at all. FBM orders shipped from China through the postal EBU channel have all been delayed, resulting in many buyers receiving refunds. What should be done if the buyers receive the package after the refund? There will be many claims and disputes arising from logistics during this period. What should sellers do with this uncontrollable factor?

We live in a rural area. Out post office is a very small non automated post office. We usually take our packages to the larger, more automated in the next town as they will provide individual scan receipts (small one can not do this). The larger post office wants us to change our zip code on our Amazon store and return address that prints out so they get "more credit" for the packages we ship. We feel this is not a good idea as it is NOT our correct zip code for many reasons.

Hello all. I am having a ton of adjustment issues. When I contact Amazon they tell me they cant do anything. When I contact the post office they tell me I am not the "PC Postage Entity" owner and they cant help me directly. I have been having this for over 2 years now and I only sell cheap lightweight and small products. I cant understand how the same products with the same weight and same packaging that we always have had are getting "adjustments". But with no one willing to help, we are feeling ripped off completely. I was told this is 2.11 lbs and charge $11.70. We have about 400 others over the past two years. I am sick of it and ready to change things around. I just cannot let these all go. Any advice I would truly appreciate.
