What do you do when you open a case in SS and the agent closes the case answered, but it’s not resolved?
Please share your experiences.
Reopen it.
Reopen
First I say things that can’t be said on the forum.
Then-When all else fails-
If I am really determined to get a proper resolution I will try the Jeff email.
I would do as follows,
first, reopen the case
second, open the new case to gain the related department email address, and copy all the detail to them
if all is done and no reply? Try Jeff email.
some of my friends email Jeff and issue done quickly
reopen it until it gets resolved (or I get tired of reopening cases after 8-9 months)
Try, try, try again
Get used to it. It is common practice. Eventually their goal is to get you to give up without resolving the issues.
reopen or open a new one as I’ve done a thousand times before…
I re-open it and send the same text until I have a resolution.
If this not working, I open a new case and so on…
As said before, Amazon has the most helpful CUSTOMER support and the most worst SELLERS “support”
The cymbal-banging monkeys that work for Amazon Seller Support have little power to do much of anything. The Almighty Computer tells them what they can/can’t do. And if the Almighty Computer determines that your problem will go unresolved, it will not change its mind.
The only recourse then is to annoy the cymbal-banging monkeys as much as possible, and remind them every day how terrible their system is, how useless they are, and how they should stop treating their sellers like garbage. It won’t change anything, but it can be cathartic.
