Die van mij is ook gedeactiveerd, en kan nog niet verkopen maar ze hebben weg geld van mijn bankrekening afgehaald. En ik wil mijn geld terug als ik niet kan verkopen

I’ve been waiting since March (over 5 months) for them to reactivate my dev account. I’ve opened about a dozen other cases to escalate it. Amazon is unresponsive and simply awful. You can’t reach that department, you can’t escalate it, you can’t complain, and you have zero recourse.

You’re better off creating a new account, and creating new credentials.

Open a new case in your Seller Account and request your developer ID be reactivated. You will be most likely redirected to go through the new developer application before your developer ID will be reactivated.
