Hi,

I've listed a tote bag under this category : Home & Kitchen > Cooking & Dining > Kitchen Storage & Organisation > Shopping Bags & Baskets > Reusable Shopping Bags, but the child ASINs are not displaying the full backend title on the front-end product page. Important details like the number of packs and colors are missing at the child ASIN level. I tried updating these details manually, but the changes aren’t reflecting.

I AM DESPERATE - I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN AUTHORITY. CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

My current shipment - FBA18TYKV7BX was sent to AWD on 2/10 and after 6 weeks I am notified that 1/3 of the shipment is lost/stolen. I have another shipment - FBA18V2FSMNX which is currently missing 2/3 of its units and due to close on 4/5, which is a combined loss of and entire shipment of 150 units. I have 2 other shipments of 250 units each en-route to AWD as I write

FBA18TYKV7BX is the 20th shipment to have suffered losses in 36 months totaling at least 1059 units LOST/STOLEN, of which over 700 units are accountable for in the last 10 months alone.

Its getting worse and worse as time progresses. What product eventually gets through is now used for back orders, with my PDP continually showing 1 or 5 left in stock before quickly becoming "Currently Unavailable", or Unsearchable altogether. This has now become the cycle I am tied into and it is literally killing my business.

I noticed recently that my product has been tagged as "Amazon's Choice". I obviously cannot reap any benefits from this as my product keeps going dark.

There is an obvious pattern here and nothing I do to try and safeguard my shipments helps. I continually reach out to support and get none. My tickets are either ignored entirely, responded with script generated response that have absolutely nothing with my issue and concern. If I ever get the option to phone someone, I am either hung up on, transferred into oblivion, or told any number of stories about someone calling me back - who never, ever does.

The simple fact of the matter is it's self-evident that what is happening is bordering on criminal activity. This activity is apparently going on unchecked at Amazon facilities and transcends any internal policies by breaking the law

So, I ask again - I AM DESPERATE - I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN AUTHORITY.

Why my brand register application was denied immediately?

Dear staff,

my case ID is 17514599971

This case was denied immediately after I submitted. The reason provided is "This decision was made since we could not verify the registered business name and business identifier (e.g. tax ID number or business ID number) provided by you at the time submitting the Brand Registry enrollment form." Then I appealed and provide the exact same information as the original application, and this time it was accepted.

Could you help me find out why it happened so that next time when I make the brand registry it would successfully proceed?

Anyone else feel like this lately? It's not as if things were always smooth sailing on Amazon but the last couple months or so I feel like all I've been doing is fighting with Amazon to correct things and it's just becoming harder and harder to fix anything. I've had some moderators here help with things, I don't even know what would happen without out their help but even as hard as they try sometimes even they are powerless.

This business is general merchandise mainly ziplock bags and hats, right now I have the following on going issues:

-SJ Johnson who owns "ziploc" has decided that they also own the word "ziplock"....great. Fine, just need to change the keyword all set right? Nope, seller support has given us the run around we have done everything they asked and still go nowhere, it even got to the point where they said it was fixed but it hasn't been!

-We sell baggies as mentioned above, they are called "Apple Brand Bags". Welp of course Amazon has decided that we're misusing the trademark "Apple", not Apple deciding this it's coming from Amazon. Fine again, remove the word from the titles so they can be reinstated. Same thing, seller support is fighting us tooth and nail can't get anywhere with it.

-Beyond that some of the listings which weren't removed have just been gated into Apple the electronics manufacturer and of course we're not authorized to sell that so the listings were inactive. Luckily a mod here is helping with that and we really appreciate it, it appears there a couple that can't get ungated and we yesterday let them know. Also told them about the two above issues waiting for them to answer. Again thankful for the mods!

-Also having an issue where non verified customers are leaving reviews for a specific product that has nothing to do with the product itself, it's politically motivated. A mod took a look at it and agreed, he kicked it up for me but it still wouldn't be removed which was kinda shocking. It has effectively killed the item which normally sold very well, reviews from actual verified customers for the product are glowing. Guess we're just stuck with that.

-Also today did a test and discovered that our expedited and two day shipping options are not being displayed to customers, contacted seller support today we'll see about that.

Business two is a brand of hair care products, this one has a very small product line and it was all smooth sailing until today:

-Created a new condition to send some product FBA to utilize the Vine program.....no problem worked great for 5 products. For some reason the 6th it didn't create a new listing it overridden the existing listing and for some reason deleting all the content along with it! It's our brand product I could certainly fill in the details but I used Amazon AI to fill in the details for all 6 products, editing some things of course, now all that is gone and this listing is going to look different from all the other ones. There doesn't seem to any option to utilize the AI again unless you're creating a new product not already in the catalog, would love if I was wrong about that but not seeing it. Contacted seller support today, I doubt anyone can help with this one the content is just gone for no reason. (I think I got this one resolved, I acted like I was making a new product and just copy and pasted the AI generated content, hopefully it takes to the listing that's always an adventure as well)

-Also today for this one did a test and discovered that our expedited and two day shipping options are not being displayed to customers, contacted seller support we'll see.

Business three is the worst one and the one where everything is just a mess for no reason, this business sells posters and photo prints:

-We have a MASSIVE ongoing issue where Amazon is changing our product category based on the description of the poster, every single item on this account goes in the same category but of course Amazon bots just keep rearranging them. For example if it's a map amazon is moving it into the books category which removes all the variations and just makes the listing a broken mess. It does this for other topics as well but this one is the worst, at least the others retain the variations. I've tried for so long to get this fixed, there are hundreds and seller support wants us to report them one by one and fight tooth and nail to fix each individual one. Half the time they say they are fixed but haven't been fixed.

-Just as bad as that problem is that Amazon randomly decides that our images are invalid because they contain text or don't have a white background. Yes they do contain text and have colored backgrounds but that is the image which is for sale, it's a poster! This one happens a lot and I've been able to just send a list of ASIN's to the catalog team and they normally fix them but for some reason now they just don't want to do it. I just keep being told to remove the text, we can't remove the text it's part of the image which is for sale as a print!

-Also just picked up 8 violations on that account, one for each variation. We were selling a poster of a WWII era plane in a museum and there was a swastika in the background.....completely missed it in the image otherwise wouldn't have been dumb enough to put it for sale honestly can't believe something that stupid happened I'm usually good about that stuff. Explained all of this it was a museum we're sure as heck not promoting nazism, removed the listing and even any other listings for the same plane even if they didn't have swastikas but nope the violations are going to remain. The current imapct for them is "pending" which is really scart.

-Also have the same issue with the shipping here, discovered today reached out to support. Don't know what the deal is with all 3 accounts having issues with the shipping, I checked every setting thinking it was on our end but it's not and they are not streamlined.

Just feels like lately all I do is fight Amazon problems, this is on top of all the usual stuff. I come in knock my orders out and instead of having any time to expand my business all I'm doing is trying to fight seller support to fix problems. Is it just me? Again don't get me wrong it's not as if things were always easy on Amazon but it just feels like something has changed.....

Sorry just venting, you work so hard only to be undermined by bots and stonewalled trying to fix it with common sense. No matter how many years go by it just seems like Amazon is always a mystery, you'll never have it sorted.

When updating my information, I don’t see a specific option for a single-member LLC under the beneficiary type section. I’d like to know which option I should select to ensure the process is completed correctly.

I am looking for guidance regarding my seller account suspension due to a related account violation. Despite submitting multiple appeals, clarifications, and a notarized affidavit, my account remains deactivated, and Amazon continues to reject my appeals with generic responses.

Case Details:

Store Name: Pike Sellers

Suspension Date: June 15, 2023

Amazon flagged my account as related to another seller (my uncle, Mr. Manoj), due to a previously shared business address . Despite these similarities, our businesses have always been independent, with separate:

  • Suppliers
  • Finances
  • Inventory
  • Business operations

Clear Differences Between Our Businesses:

My business and my uncle’s business are entirely separate, operating under different LLCs, brand registries, and product lines. My company has its own legally registered LLC, distinct from his, with no financial or operational overlap. Additionally, my brand registry is completely separate, and the products I sell are entirely different from what my uncle offers. Our business models, suppliers, and market approaches are unique, and there is no direct or indirect connection between our operations beyond a past address association. Amazon’s automated system has incorrectly linked us based on surface-level similarities, rather than actual business relationships.

Actions Taken:

To address Amazon’s concerns, I have removed all potentially common information from my account, ensuring no links remain between my business and any other seller. I submitted detailed appeals explaining my business’s independence, along with a notarized affidavit confirming that my account is entirely separate. Additionally, I updated my business address to remove any past association, discontinued the use of any shared service providers, and made sure that my account is accessed only from secure, dedicated devices and networks. Despite these efforts, my appeals continue to be rejected without a clear reason.

I appreciate any advice or insights from sellers who have faced and overcome similar challenges. I need guidance on the next best steps.

My shipment THEFT levels at Amazon have reached new heights.

FBA18TYKV7BX is my 20th shipment to have suffered losses in 36 months, totaling at least 1059 units LOST/STOLEN, of which 10 shipments and over 700 units were stolen in the last 10 months alone.

It also takes 8-10 weeks to just receive product, this before I can address the theft and that is a 2-4 week process in of itself. So, I am looking at 2 1/2 to 3 months to get my product into inventory. That which doesn't get stolen, that is. This is just simply unbelievable.

Its getting worse as time progresses. What product eventually gets through is used for back orders, my PDP bounces back-n-forth on a daily basis from shipments taking up to 3 weeks, "1 or 5 left in stock" before quickly becoming "Currently Unavailable", or Unsearchable altogether. This has now become the cycle I am tied into and it is literally killing my business.

Of my last 2 shipments of 150 units each, 152 are missing/lost/stolen, its mind-boggling! As a result, I have ZERO inventory. I have 2 shipment totaling 500 unit en route as I write, but based on current experience, it will take 8-10 weeks before they are received and there is no guarantee that the quantity that makes it through will keep my PDP up for more than a week... and then the cycle starts again
