Package dimensions on the detail page is wrong, and case to request re-measurement hasn’t been answered for more than 10 days. How can we solve this issue ASAP?

by Seller_WOkulTIcweKcN

Our product is fulfilled by Amazon. Its package dimensions on the detail page is different from the latest re-measurement data. On the detail page, the package dimensions turns out to be oversized. However, the product is actually large-standard sized, which has been proved by the latest re-measurement data. It seems that the package dimensions on the detail page has not been updated successfully. When creating the shipping plan, we find the product has been assigned to oversized product warehouse, which is wrong.

We have opened more than 30 cases to ask Amazon to update this data, but the data has not updated until now. The case requesting Amazon to remeasure this product has been submitted more than 10 days, but the re-measurement has not been completed. We really need the Package Dimensions gets updated ASAP! Is there anyone can tell us how can we address this issue ASAP?

reply to the case you have opened and request an update.

Did you ask for a cubiscan on the item?

If you have been doing this you may have screwed yourself. Repeating requests will de-escalate your issue and is prohibited when abused and can even get you suspended. Amazon has even posted this due to people thinking about the whole squeaky wheel/grease deal but it has the opposite effect.

" There is even this blurb… " Important: Our policies prohibit any activity that would interfere with our capacity to help other sellers. Examples of such activities include submitting insufficiently researched or premature requests, or submitting a large number of requests in a short time. Sellers who repeatedly engage in these activities may receive delayed support on their cases or be subject to monitoring, investigation, and account action.""

You probably got this message when you made your request. I highlighted a part you may have missed.
“We respond to most re-measurement requests within five business days; however, some cases may take longer. Thank you for your patience.”
