We have been trying since January 14, 2021 to receive the monies that is owed from a previous Seller Account. We received an email through the system stating they show the money owed, but never sent the money to our account. We have opened over 50 cases and no one from the payments-funds@amazon.com and payments-guarantee-reply@amazon.com
WHO is in charge of the personnel or PERSON that cannot be reached by phone and owes small business money and can never be reached nor do they ever respond to the emails provided by Seller Support that is always a canned answer?
HELP any suggestions.
Your suspension letter should tell you what you need to do to get funds released.
Depending on the reason for the suspension, you may never be paid.
The account is still active and there answer was to open a new account back in February.

Who is in charge of the payment division and WHY do they HIDE ?
Months go by and we cannot regain access to our old account. It was set up by an individual that no longer works for our company and now we are locked out. We are trying to report the issues on our new account and we get that same response from Seller Support. They have our money why can’t they mail a check it has been 7 months, ITS ROBBERY. The owner is the same and all the corporate information.
Their Payment department is never available to Amazon Seller Support. No Phone No response.
DO you think they will keep the money and continue to ignore us ?
All our accounts are in GOOD STANDING and the first account that is locked out from us has a balance due to us and NO ONE FROM AMAZON CAN HELP US !!
We have been a Seller since 2007 and they do not care about third party sellers this is apparent
Why you will buy a account with Arrears , Is that means if we buy a active account , it need be carefull like that
