Our manufacturer is now open to ship on Saturday

Is there any advantage to this, meaning does Amazon have any partner carriers that will pick up on Saturday?
If this is possible, what do I need to do in the settings? Thank you for any and all help.

Not LTL. I have never had an LTL pickup or delivery that was not special service or FCL on the weekend.

I don’t know what difference it will make. Even if the shipment is picked up on Saturday it will sit in the truck or hub till Monday and more of a chance to get damaged or lost
