I had a listing Inactive with a 'Fix Listing Issue'. When i click on it, it directs me to 'request approval' and after clicking on that it just sends me to a page that says 'We are not accepting applications to sell' At this point I knew going through seller support was going to get me nowhere and surprise surprise. NOTHING. Their reply was 'Your account does not currently meet the criteria required to list these products due to account metrics, distribution pathways of the brand, or other factors.' I have been a seller for 4 years with 100% positive feedback and a healthy account with 100% metrics. The funniest part is that there is a new seller that just listing this item for sale today. What is a sellers metrics?!

We are an American small business and we set out to become an Amazon seller through completely legal means. But Amazon does not support us at all on this path. Amazon cannot find a solution to these hijackers (suspending them seems to be the best solution), I will close my store soon because it is really unreasonable to sell under these conditions. And once businesses like us that are trying to do their job right are shut down, the entire platform will be left to these hijackers. That's what Amazon wants. We spent thousands of dollars on the listing, the production phase of the product, professionally preparing listing photos, and advertising, but at this point, our listing has been compromised and Amazon is not doing anything. Yes, I am brand registered, and I have patents and trademarks. Amazon does not care. I can't sign up with Project Zero because I have tried to file complaints against these companies and Amazon just denies it.

Way to look out for the little guys

The product is a 2.2-pound specification of aluminum pellets and has received a performance notification stating that it has been identified as an explosive precursor containing aluminum powder and is prohibited from being sold on Amazon. We have checked the policy and found that aluminum powder is banned due to its explosive nature. And our product is very stable aluminum pellets, with a specification of 2.2 pounds, which belongs to large pellets. It should not be within the scope of prohibition. And we carefully reviewed the relevant regulatory link "US Annual Explosive List" provided in Amazon's policy, which also does not mention aluminum pellets in the regulation. Could you please help us determine if this product falls within the prohibited range of Amazon's policy? Thank you!
