"Not Authorized" new account?

Hi,
We set up a new account, paid and was charged the 39.99 monthly fee. Now when logging in, we get a message that says “Not Authorized” you don’t access to … page. When contacting Seller Support, they say everything looks good and that we need to send an email. We have sent a couple different emails through the technical support page over the last week and have received no response. They told us they would respond within 24 hours, but still haven’t to multiple emails in a week?

Anyone help???

Thats frustrating hope it gets resolved. What are they saying you need to send in the email? Do you need to verify things . Because usually you need to verify by sending them bank statements , photo id etc. Let us know , hope it works out thank you

You have to sign in and out between your seller account and your other household accounts.

I don’t think it is the Amazon technical issue you believe it is.
