I have had success with Manual Product Targeting for a few products. I setup a new Manual Product Targeting campaign for another product about a month ago and added several competing products. I have only received 1 impression with bids at $0.75 (suggestions ranged from $0.20 to $1.50 depending on the targeted product).

Is this a glitch? I see a few similar closed threads from the last year and no real responses.
