New Easy Ship error returned for problems with pickup slots

What is changing?

Starting January 1, 2021, the Easy Ship service will begin returning the RetryableAfterGettingNewSlots error when there is a problem with the pickup slot that was requested. When this error is returned a new pickup slot should be requested.

Which marketplaces are affected?

This change applies to the India marketplace.

Who is affected?

Developers with applications that use the Easy Ship service to schedule package pickup are affected by this change.

What action is required?

If you are affected by this change, be sure to update your application so that it exposes this new error message and give sellers the opportunity to schedule a new pickup slot.
