Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out to ask for help regarding my Amazon Seller account. On March 25, I received a request for identity verification and promptly submitted the required documents the same day. However, my account was deactivated shortly after, and I received a message saying my appeal had already been submitted. When I try to appeal again, I’m redirected to the violation page that shows the appeal is “in progress”.
The status currently says:
“Your document and information are being analyzed and we may contact you by email for further clarification within 2 business days.”
It’s been almost a week, and I haven’t heard back. I also received an automated email saying this email address is not the right channel, but it didn't clarify what I should do next.
Could someone from Amazon please check:
Whether my documents are still under review?
Why my account remains deactivated despite timely submission?
If any further action is needed from my side?
Any help from fellow sellers or the Amazon team would be deeply appreciated!
