Our listing, ASIN B001F2Y25G, has had the brand name changed to sailupxinyuan, which seems to be an unfortunately common problem with these random Chinese brands taking over a listing. We're registered and trademarked and all that, listing has been up for years and years. We just had this happen on this same ASIN not long ago with the brand name "dzotmyn" and now it is this new one, sailupxinyuan. I see a few other posts here where the exact same thing happened to other users, and I went through the process outlined in the "Report Incorrect Brand Name Changes" thread posted by @Seller_PIHyltK09pbl3 and received the following:

"We cannot take action on the report as no violation has been identified on the reported B001F2Y25G for the violation type selected."

So that was unfortunately of no help, complaint ID is 17548764661 if that helps. Tagging @Seller_t9kvdr2yixQej as you helped with the previous violation about a month or two ago, so fingers crossed you or someone else can look into this one again and get it reverted back to the proper Dri Slide brand. Am I able to offer a coupon that is automatically sent to the customer when they leave a review on my product?

We had a customer shipment damaged by UPS. He contacted us & supplied pictures. We then supplied him a return shipping label on a Friday night. He message us on Saturday letting us know he dropped it off at the UPS Store. We replied later that day "Thanks we will refund you as soon as we receive the return and verify the serial number. 5 days later, Friday he leaves us negative feedback stating "Everything was smooth until I returned the Item, then all communication stopped and I never received a refund." along with opening an A-Z claim. I replied that the refund would be issued as soon as the return was received and hoped he would reconsider his feedback. We received the return the following Monday and refunded him 2 hours later. Messaged him letting him know the refund had been submitted and hoped he would revise his feedback. He never responded to and of our replies after the negative feedback & unfortunately out sales are practically 0 now. Basically our Amazon business has been destroyed because a customer may have wanted daily updates about his return.

It was bad enough we had to send this guy screenshots showing how to attach a picture to an Amazon message.

Account health hinging on customer feedback is like having a toddler drive a car.

Yes I have contacted sales support and there isn't anything that can be done.
