My FBA shipment was delivered on 11/21, but the product page indicates the product won't be available till Dec 29

New seller here. My FBA shipment was delivered on 11/21, but the product page indicates the product won’t be available till Dec 29. This will make it miss the entire holiday season. What’s the best way to contact FBA? Also, are FBA usually that slow? I also see one of my order is pending for 5 days and FBA haven’t ship it. Do I need to worry about it?

FBA orders will often pend for 5+ days as it may be a non-prime order.

Amazon is being ultra conservative with the availability dates until the product actually reaches the destination FC. If you are shipping to a DC, such as AVP1, they are adding a month. Once it reaches the FC, the availability will be much more accurate.

Don’t contact them.
They are busy and you are just making it worse. They know where it is, they are busy though, it takes time.
