My account has been deactivated

Hello Dears,

I need your help please.

I paid $39.99 and opened a seller account but every time I try to add products couldn’t.
I’m not know how to add my products and always have a message tel me that your account has been deactivated. I uploaded all required documents but my account not activated yet. And I don’t know any way to contact seller support (email or phone).

What should I do?

Please help me.

It can take 30-45 days to have your documents verified. Here is a thread with most all relevent information.

Are you only adding products you have authorization, from the brand, to sell on Amazon?

Do you have invoices from authorized distributors, for all the items you’re wanting to list?
