I’ve been at this for a week or so trying to figure out why I cannot link any MWS to my Seller Central account and have come here to see if one of my fellow sellers can help me out.
I am the admin of the seller central account, I can access “authorizing a developer” and everything needed, but the issue I’ve realized that could be preventing the link is that I am missing the box to “Agree to MWS licence agreement” when going through the process of adding a developer to the account. There’s often a screen you get while going through the process of adding a developer with the option to check two boxes with checkmarks, one to agree to the MWS licence agreement, the other stating that you are liable for the actions of the developer, but I only have that second option to check off, even though it allows me to continue on the process.
I believe this is the reason why I cannot ever actually fully link a developer up with my Seller Central account. I can get MWS tokens, but I am receiving an issue with the tokens, and the error states “Amazon returned status access denied. Please check your credentials.” As well as an error at the top stating “The merchant could not be set up, please try again.”
All information is correct so i’m totally lost with what to do.
Any help would be greatly appreciated guys,
