What is Amazon Global Logistics?

Amazon Global Logistics is a door-to-door ocean freight transportation program. It’s part of a fully automated set of services we call Supply Chain by Amazon. With Amazon Global Logistics, you can ship inventory directly from China to Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) with reduced landed costs and competitive rates.

Restock Inventory Page Needs Upgraded

Just a suggestion but wouldn't it make more sense to change the "Total Days of Supply" column on the Restock Inventory page to the "Historical Days of Supply"?

Clearly the total days of supply doesn't mean anything anymore because that's not the data that tells us which Asin's will be affected by the Low Inventory fees.

Yes, I know I can look elsewhere to find this information, but since Amazon changed the Manage Inventory page (not user friendly now), they should at least consider this simple change on the Restock Inventory page.

Thoughts?

Account Deactivated without any warning

Yesterday night I checked my amazon and I did receive notification to verify my information such as my charge card (credit card) and bank information. I did all of that and verified all of my information. Woke up this morning only to find my account is deactivated and no reasoning behind it. I can't even contact help desk or anything. Who can I contact to help me resolve this issue.

Issue with payments - Amazon owes us $35,000

Hello, we started actively selling on Amazon US this July 2024 after a long time and since then Amazon keeps all the money and won't pay us anything. At the moment it's over $35k.

I have tried opening several cases with Amazon, however no one has been attentive. I even called Amazon several times, but they always just escalated the matter and nothing came of it. It's a lot of money for us and it greatly affects the entire operation of our company.

Amazon Stealing from US!!

Everyone please double check your pay statement. we have have been experiencing discrepancies and Amazon is refusing to resolve this. last two payment cycles, our actual sales and that which is reflected on the statement was short about a $6,000. it's a very clear discrepancy., Now either someone at Amazon is diverting our funds or there is a glitch in the system. We have been unable to speak to anyone in customer service. This is grand theft and we a taking legal actions. Just wanted to alert everyone to monitor they payment reports closely.

ERROR 5995 On New and Existing Products

I have been working to resolve this error since September for a brand that I have ALWAYS sold. I use a third party listing tool and I have verified that the data that I am sending matches the listing in uppercase, lowercase, exact wording and there are no hidden or whitespace characters. If I use the Amazon listing tool, I can create the SKU just fine so it's not the issue of not being approved. I am approved to sell this brand. I'm starting to have this error on other brands now. I have provided images on a few products to the catalog team and they state that it should've been fixed, but it continues to be a problem and I don't get much response from the case.

This is starting to hurt my sales drastically and I need the fixed.

Error: You may not change the brand name on this ASIN. Please use the brand name currently shown on the ASIN detail page. If you believe you are using the correct brand name, contact Seller support https://sellercentral.amazon.com/hz/contact-us and mention the error code 5995

Has anyone had any luck getting this resolved? My ongoing case is Case ID 16079968161

My account was marked inactive, due to my charge method. When I received a new card I updated it on the site, but it is still saying it can not charge the charge method. I have entered the card as new and replaced it multiple times and still no luck. Because my account is marked inactive when I go to the help menu to get assistance it keeps showing me the "account inactive" page and will not allow me to get support. Does anyone know how you get support when it won't let you access help??? Thank you!

Hello all,

I am a complete newby to FBA and this site. But i am so glad i found this forum ! I have not a clue as to what i can expect from Amazon as far as the tax liability , how i get it from Amazon, and when i can expect it ( form , etc .?)
