Customer gave the wrong address, so the MCF order was never delivered, but is being returned by USPS. Is there a page/report that will show me when/if this has been returned or do I just need to check my inventory each day? If I generate a return I can get this information, but I’m unsure if it’s just a non-delivery.
Why don’t you just check once a month, knowing Amazons gears move slowly with that kind of return. That way you can file for reimbursement when it is not back in inventory ~60+ days.
