MCF priority shipments that are fulfilled by Amazon

I have noticed that FBA misses a lot of their priority shipment estimates (we end up taking care of our customer and refund the shipping fee). My question is can we recoup the shipping fees we paid amazon?
If you have a link or can point me to amazon’s policy on shipping fee reimbursement it would be greatly appreciated.

this is the only help page I could find. It looks like they only refund if the item has not arrived within 7 days after the estimated delivery date. And that is a full refund not a shipping refund:
