Lost Ranking
Hello,
I noticed my ranking is gone today, and I do not see any of my competitors on the first page either. Is there any glitch going with the Amazon system today?

I’m seeing the same thing. I’m completely off the ranks for a bunch of major keywords in which I’m usually position 1 or 2.
I’m not even showing up for my own brand search kewyord.

My items (All on top of the fist page, some Amazon’s Choice)
don’t show up in organic search result. Listings are all active.
Only sponsored ads bring those listings back, when the PPC is off then organic listings can’t be found at all.
I see top competitors’ organic listings are gone too…
Contacted seller support, they agreed the listings do not show up in search results but can’t find any possible reasons that can cause such thing.
Just replenished inventory with high number of items but can’t generate any sales…
If anyone is aware of any new changes that can cause search result suppression of a listing, please share with us…

THANK GOD! ha…I came here to see if others were noticing the same thing. Must be a glitch. My sales are unusually low but I happened to notice my positions are whacked. I’m in my usual 1st page positions in some browser sessions (mostly incognito) but not at all on the app (unless you search my asin or product brand name). I even had one person facetime showing me their results. It was fine for them, until they logged into their account and then suddenly my listings weren’t showing. I hope it gets resolved!

Yes, seems to be a glitch. I checked from multiple locations (both desktop and mobile) and ranking is definitely acting strange today for my products and competitors. Hopefully Amazon engineers are on it.

In my case, this same issue was caused due to the ZIP code / address was missing on the upper left under ‘Select your address’. Without an address selected, the ranking will be completely off.

Yes same here. I noticed this afternoon that every single one of my organic listings have disapeared for all my main keywords. I normally rank at the top of page one for almost every product and do high volume, now only the sponsored ads are showing. My top competitors listings are also gone.

I’m experiencing the same problem here. My listing is nowhere to be found. Only on a KW search which I have the Amazon’s Choice badge.
