I'm reaching out to request a review and possible escalation regarding an FBA reimbursement case (17536738631) that has been closed multiple times by Seller Support without a proper resolution or a clear policy-based explanation.

Here’s the situation:

• The order was fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) and marked by the buyer as "damaged during transit."

• The product is classified as non-returnable and therefore was never returned to the fulfillment center.

• Seller Support repeatedly referred to the need for warehouse inspection to determine fault—completely ignoring the fact that this item was never returned and cannot be inspected.

• Seller Support has repeatedly contradicted itself: on one hand saying the buyer's reason can't be trusted, and on the other hand saying the reason determines Amazon's responsibility.

• They have referred vaguely to "internal tools" and denied reimbursement without explaining how fault is determined when no return or inspection is possible.

• To top it off, I was told that "reopening this multiple time will only waste your and ours precocious time **” and "may limit support " which feels dismissive given the valid policy concerns I raised.

I'm not looking to debate the outcome anymore—I’m trying to understand the operational logic and policy behind it so I can apply it correctly to similar future cases.

Could someone from the moderation team please take a look at the handling of this case, both in terms of policy application and whether the tone used aligns with Amazon’s standards for professional seller communication?

According to Amazon’s guidelines, identity verification is typically completed within 72 hours. However, as of today, April 6, 2025, my account remains suspended, and the status is still listed as “verification in progress,” with no further communication, additional document requests, or opportunity to provide a defense letter.

So iam trying to list my supplement to be sold and it says listing inactive. i have talked to so many seller central reps but all has been in vain. They just say well we are not accepting any new application for your product. Iam the owner of the product and we have been approved by the Brand Registry. Still they cant help and the listing is inactive. I have spent lot of money to get stocks and now the product is just sitting idle.

Please help me out with the listing of my supplement.

On January 31, 2025 I sent 100 units of my product to TMB8 and experienced a delay of almost 2 months on the receiving process. After much waiting, the shipment status was change to closed due to discrepancies on March 22, 2025, even though my carrier (DHL) had confirmed delivery with evidence on Feruary 3rd 2025.

Interesting thing was that Amazon did confirm delivery of the shipment by changing status to delivered around the same day. So even though they had my products on February 3rd, later they came and said they had received nothing...extremely disappointing and unbelievable!

I created a investigation case immediately and so far have not received a single satisfactory response 17461798561 for more than two weeks. Couldnt they at least have the decency to provide status report promptly?

It seems more people have suffered the same issue, so I would like to ask for advice on getting a reimburse or even suing Amazon. I would be happy to know if any of you went through the latter option.
