Looking for inventory management software

#1

Hello, I am looking for some inventory Managment software or web based software.
I run a small business with about 40 SKU’s and average 600-1000 orders per month.

I sell in the following channels:
*Amazon merchant and FBA
*eBay
*Newegg
*Rakuten
*Sears
*My own magento go webstore

I effectively have two warehouses, my local business and what I store at amazon FBA. I am using shipstation to fulfill all orders but FBA orders and I like it a lot so far. I use Mac computers to run the business.

For inventory Managment I am using spreadsheets. For accounting I am using quicken home and business on a PC. The spreadsheets are a time waster.

I am looking for a inventory management solution. Preferably one that will integrate with amazon, magneto, and shipstation. I would like to be able to track the inventory at both amazon and locally. I do not want to manually update inventory. I am already doing that by spreadsheet.

I have looked into stichlabs and it does not automatically update FBA inventory nor does it integrate with magento.

It would also be nice to have accounting software as well. I have not gone the quickbooks route due to the Mac. Plus the online version does not appear to have the inventory capabilities I want. Xero is an option but I need inventory Managment first.

Anyone know of a solution?

Talk to to CEO at Stitch, maybe they can do something custom? Event though it did not have all the options I wanted, it was better than the manual spreadsheet I was using. It saves me a lot of time. I know they are working on the Magento integration. Good luck.

I run MAC and use Quickbooks Enterprise and I log onto Quickbooks through an off premise Windows server at a cost of $99.00 a month. I use Webgility to import my orders from Amazon to Quickbooks.

I have had a number of customers ask me for the same thing. I’d like the chance to talk with you to get some ideas besides what you have mentioned here. If you are interested, please use the Contact Us page on my website.

Thank you for the responses. i forgot to mention that i am using shipstation to fulfill all of my non FBA orders. i really like it and it has saved me a lot of time and money so far. what’s even better is that it allows me to upload orders from other channels right back into amazon for multi channle fulfillment. I would like to keep that option.

Pangea is not really what i am looking for.

Webgility requires windows and I want to use a Mac.

Stichlabs I like but is still working on magento integration. I need that first and they are not sure when it will be ready.

Sellers toolbox looks like it only handles amazon and not any of my other channels.

Selleractive shows some promise and I may contact them. Do the integrate with shipstation or do the same things as shipstation?

If you’re using Fulfillment by Amazon for your multi-channel orders from eBay, Sears and Buy.com, then you definitely need to check out [AutoMCF|http://automcf.com]!

[AutoMCF|http://automcf.com] will save you countless hours by automating the manual process of creating a Multi-Channel Fulfillment Order within Amazon FBA for orders from eBay, Sears and Rakuten/Buy.com. Then, once the order is shipped by Amazon, the tracking info is automatically added back to the original order and it is marked as shipped. Finally, [AutoMCF|http://automcf.com] keeps all of your FBA inventory quantities in sync across all your marketplace accounts so that you don’t oversell.

You can have all of this for only $24 per month. That includes unlimited orders, unlimited items and unlimited eBay, Sears and/or Buy.com accounts.

You can try [AutoMCF|http://automcf.com] for free for 30 days or get more information by visiting [www.automcf.com|http://automcf.com].

I’d be happy to answer any questions you have, or you can view some frequently asked questions in the Help section of our website.

Happy selling,

Brian @ Seller AppVantage

We at Street Moda use SKU VAULT by www.agileharbor.com We ship 600-1,200 orders a day between 8 different marketplaces. When we didn’t have a system 3 years ago we used to have 2-4% out of stocks and now its under .50%. The system is cloud based and works. I like it because its simple and not super complex like other solutions out there. My guys and gals in the back picked up on it in a matter of days. It also integrates with www.shipworks.com which was something we couldn’t find in a system out there.

They offer on site install too, which was a huge help. Support is great. Not a big fan of the up front launch fee but after you get past that, the monthly charge is based upon users and not bad. Its saved me tens of thousands of dollars in wrong items sent out, stock outs and feedback/issues that come along with it.

It also integrates with eBay Canada and Europe, so now you can have [automated Amazon multi-channel fulfillment|http://www.automcf.com] and inventory syncing in those regions as well!

Try it out at [www.automcf.com|http://www.automcf.com] and let me know if you have any questions.

There are some good opensource solutions out there which offer a blend of accounting, branch locations, inventory management and similar. Two I have used are webERP and openERP. Right now I am working on integration of some of these platforms, but this is still a WIP.
